And don't worry about OOC-ness, it doesn't seem over the top to me, and really, you have creative license. Then again, I might just not know what I'm talking about since I've never actually watched the series, and I've only read a few chapters of the manga. It makes good fan fiction and I like it for doing so, but it's a stupid series in my opinion.

Heh, fuckin' great, Yugi's got a darker side of his own, even without Yami. The teacher incident was really funny and whoa, Ryou's acting like a 12-year-old girl dumped by her first crush. Wonder if he had a thing for Yugi or if he's just like that. Ooh, the prinicpal, will Yugi keep his new-found freedom, or apologize and go back to the way he was...? I like that he can trade word with both Marik and Bakura without blinking an eye, not many can.

It's a good fic, but you should nip the ooc-ness in the bud. I can understand Yugi being pissed off and acting differently for a time, but I doubt he would do a permanent 180 in personality. Even when he didn't have friends, Yugi was nice and sweet, so I don't think he'd change so drastically.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!! SOMEBODY MADE FIC THAT I LIKE!!! a marikxyugi, angstines, a fucking idiot yami (sometimes i just hate him, cause people always seem to only notice HIM not yugi *hugs yugi blushie* ) and in the future, some anzu bashing!!!! (im still wationg for a fic, where yami gets anzu bregnant, and they live a shitty life with a whining baby, while yugis havin "fun" with some body else ^__^ eather marik or seto!!! XD )

YO THERE. Finally a Yugi Marik fic that KICKS ASS, seriously yours is the only decent fic out there with this pairing, anyone else who writes this pairing either maks Yugi a badass like Marik style or Marik goes soppy which ain't gonna happen! I mean geeez how thick can people get. Anzu is the b!tch from hell, Yami is a twisted know-it-all bastard and the rest of 'em suck, part from Marik, Malik, 'Kura...and i have to admit i have a soft spot for Ryou. Seriously though congrats on writing a great fic! x

Aww, he lied for Marik. Heh, I really like the way you write Marik, snappy, but not an all-out asshole, and the chain thing was nice. Also, I like the twist to Yugi's character, not just rolling over for everyone. Man, that cop was pushy though. Heh, I must admit, a while ago I was considering writing a Yugi/Marik thing, since it seems like such a random pairing to me, but your story seems to be working it out well, so good job! I look forward to the next update! ^.^
