I would suggest not changing the pov so much, it's very confusing. Either pick one character or use third person perspective if you want to show the thoughts of both characters

Good story. Too bad Katsuya couldn't save ehr from the beating but at least, he saved her from being raped.
They are just so much alike. I loved it!
