Anzu...with power.... That is a scary, scary thought. Good intro. I liked "Surprise at Sea," too. I still feel sorry for Jou and Seto. They had to be walked in on by ANZU. *shudder*
I just have one [slightly obscure] nitpick to make. I know the items are called Sennen Items and that Sennen means thousand, but the pharaoh and everyone couldn't have been alive 1000 s ags ago. That would mean the pharonic empire in Egypt still existed during the ADs, which it didn't. According to the series, it was either 3000 or 5000 yerars ago. [Not sure which...during one season the narration said "san sennen" (3000) and in a different season it said ("go sennen" 5000.) It was prolly 3000 yerars ago, b/c 5000 years ago puts you somewhere in the 1st dynasty, I beleive.] But I'm rambling now.
Anyway, the prequel was good, and this fic is showing promise, too. Keep it up! ^_^
