*sobs* That was SO SAD!! Sad, but sweet. Bittersweet. I'm a romantic, so I usually stick with happily-ever-after endings, and while this wasn't the usual happily-ever-after I'm used to, I could still see it. This was definitely well-written and so, so beautiful and sweet. Excellent work!

Now I'm off to find my tissues . . .
