Chapter 2: Distractions

            “Yugi?” Yami asked as he turned off the lamp in the livingroom, carrying a bowl of
chunky salsa dip and a bag of tortilla chips.
“Yeah, Pharaoh?” Yugi answered from the sofa , watching his yami’s slim silhouette approach
him.
Yami set the chips and salsa down on the coffee table, “I had a little ..accident in the kitchen.
We’ll have to call out and order a pizza.”
Yugi laughed as he picked up the remote control for the television, “Go ahead and call, I’ll just
fast forward through the movie previews while you’re on the phone.”

            Marik rolled his eyes as the police officer snapped his mug shot. “Would you fucking just
get this booking in shit over with so I can make my fucking phone call? You fucking pigs
certainly like taking your donut loving time, don’t you?”
“Watch that mouth of yours, pretty boy. Anymore wise cracks out of you and I’ll have the boys
take you to solitary confinement for the night.”
Marik burst out laughing, “Is that suppose to scare me, you fool? I spent the majority of my
existence in solitary confinement! Nothing you threaten scares me!”
“Marik, please shut up. You’re only gonna get us in more trouble,” Malik grumbled from his
seat next in line for pictures.
Marik growled and shot Malik the look of death.
“Okay boys, get this feisty one out of my face. I’m sick of looking at him.”
Marik glared at the officer as he was escorted by two other officers toward a heavy oak door.
“You want me, I can see it in your eyes, pig-fucker,” the Egyptian smirked as he passed by. He
added a quick wink at the man before he was pulled out of the room.
The officer rolled his eyes and sighed, “Next...”
Malik took a seat on the three-legged stool in front of the camera and glanced at the officer’s
two way radio strapped to his belt.
[4532! 4532! He just disappeared into thin air!]
“Okay, blondie, say cheese,” the officer said dryly as he adjusted the camera’s lens.
Malik sighed as the camera flashed.

            Ryou bit his lip as he slipped the Millennium Ring over his head and handed it over to a
female officer. “My father gave this to me when I was very young, promise me I’ll get it back
when I am released from here?”
The brown haired woman zipped the ancient item into a Ziploc bag, slapped a name label on it,
and chucked it into a box. “You’ll get your necklace back, don’t worry. Now strip down, my
lunch break is in 10 minutes and I don’t want to spend it here with you.”
“Oh..oh my... alright.. I suppose,” Ryou shyly stuttered as he began to undress.
The officer chuckled as she looked down at the paperwork in front of her on the desk, “Let me
know when you’re ready.”
“Underwear too?” Ryou asked as he slipped his light colored pants over his ankles.
The officer bit her lip to hold back a chuckle. “Don’t tell me you’re shy,” she said, keeping her
grin from Ryou’s view.
“Oh boy,” Ryou sighed as he removed his underwear. His cheeks burned bright red as he stood
there in front of the woman in all his glory. “I-I’m... ready, apparently,” he twitched
apprehensively.
The officer nodded her head, “Alright than, hands against the wall and spread your legs apart.”
“Oh god, do I have to?” Ryou whimpered.
The officer snapped on a latex glove,“Yup.”
“Can you at least tell me your name before you.. uh... get friendly with me?”
The female officer chuckled as she slipped the glove off her hand, “You know what? You’re
cute and you don’t look like you’d be the type to smuggle anything in here. How about we just
skip this part and say we didn’t, okay?”
Ryou breathed a heavy sigh of relief, visibly relaxing as the officer handed him a hideous orange
jumpsuit.
“Asharra,”
“Hm?”
“That’s my name, Asharra,” the officer smiled.
“Oh... alright... That’s quite an exotic name, sounds really nice, very pretty,” Ryou answered
awkwardly, his cheeks turning a deeper shade of red.
Asharra stepped back and gathered Ryou’s clothes up. She spoke as she put the clothes into a
locker, “Just put that ugly orange thing on and get your butt out of here...” she paused and
grinned, “....Ryou.”
Ryou slipped his left leg into the jumpsuit. The material was thin and rough against his skin.
Once he had the suit completely on, he discovered it was making him itch all over. “Damn, a
burlap potato sack would be more comfortable than this thing is, good grief!” he said
discontentedly.
“Just be happy the zipper is in the front,” Asharra remarked as she returned to her desk.
“What’s that suppose to mean?” Ryou asked, seeing as it was his first time being booked into
jail.
“Now I understand why Malik would get so pissed at Marik...hmm..” Ryou sighed as he stood
there waiting to see where he was going to be taken next.
Asharra looked up from her computer and paused her typing. “Did you say Marik?” she asked,
looking a little stunned.
Ryou nodded his head, “Yes, Marik, he’s a.. uh.. friend of a friend sort of thing.”
Asharra cocked her head, “Does Marik have like this freaky bleach blonde hair that’s sticking up
all over the place, funky purple eyes and reeeeeeeeeally enjoys touching himself?”
Ryou chuckled and nodded his head, “Yes, that would be Marik alright.”
Asharra chuckled as she got up out of her chair and reached for a set of handcuffs on the desk.
Ryou instantly noticed her long blood red fingernails. They flashed like bloody daggers under
the fluorescent lighting. Ryou felt slightly apprehensive. Something about her seemed a little out
of place, like there was more to her that met the eye.
Asharra clamped Ryou’s hands together behind his back in the cold metal cuffs.
Two male officers entered the room.
“Ready for your close up?” Asharra chuckled, tapping Ryou’s cheek lightly with her finger.
“My close up?” Ryou asked, oblivious to what she was talking about.
One of the male officers grabbed Ryou’s arm roughly, “It’s time to get your picture taken, kid.”
Asharra looked up at the clock, “Finally, geesh, I thought my lunch break would never come. I’ll
see you guys later.”

            After Asharra, Ryou and the two other officers had left the room, Bakura quickly
emerged from the Millennium Ring. After catching his breath, he picked up the sandwich bag
containing the magical ancient item.
“I’ll have to shadow-slap that bitch silly later for practically suffocating me, I have more
important things to do right now,” he said as he looked through the box of inmates belongings
for something cool to make off with. He wasn’t going to leave without a some sort of souvenir.
“What’s this now?” he chuckled as he held up a bag containing the Millennium Rod,
“Something tells me there’s an incarcerated Ishtar here tonight. Hmm, I wonder if I will see an old
friend again,” he laughed quietly.
Bakura stuffed the Rod down the front of his pants and quickly slipped out of the room. He crept
silently through the halls until he found the room he was looking for. He looked around
cautiously as he slipped into the officer’s locker room. Fortunately it was currently unoccupied.
Bakura quickly went to work sifting through the unlocked lockers, picking out items that would
reveal their value in the near future.
A few minutes later he emerged fully suited up in his cleverly hooked police officer’s attire.
He adjusted his hat so that his long hair was unnoticeable, tucked the Millennium Ring under his
jacket, than casually walked out into the hall.
‘Alright, all I have to do now is tinker a bit with Ryou’s records and spring him out of this
fucking place, than we can get the hell out of this town..’ Bakura thought to himself as he slipped
on a pair of thin black leather gloves.
“Good evening,” he smiled cheerfully as he passed the desk of another officer.
The officer nodded his head, not bothering to look up, obviously absorbed in his paperwork.
Bakura rolled his eyes and groaned once passed the officers desk. ‘Ryou better fucking
appreciate what I’m doing for him,’ he thought as he walked toward the front desk.
He calmly sat down at the computer at the front desk and started typing in the necessary
information. ‘Sometimes it pays to have a light that’s a computer nerd, I’ll have to properly thank him for
being a high tech-dork once I have him out of this place.’
Bakura stopped typing for a moment and glanced at the handcuffs attached to his belt.
His lips curled into a lascivious smirk.
After a momentary picture of Ryou with his shirt half ripped off, his pants off nowhere in site,
kneeling in a strained position with his wrists handcuffed above his head flashed into Bakura’s
head.
Bakura blinked his eyes and quickly shook off the sexy vision, and continued working toward his
objective of deleting any traces of Ryou’s existence. He shifted his hips lower in his seat to
accommodate for the sudden pressure filling the front of his pants.
A few clicks later, he’d managed to erase Ryou’s name from the database.
‘That’s it, now all there is to do is find Ryou and slip him out of here...’ he thought as he left the
front desk.

            After having his mugshots snapped, Ryou was led out by the same to officers. He sighed
as he was escorted by the two policemen to a holding cell.
“I hear there’s a lively one in there tonight,” the officer on Ryou’s left side casually chatted with
the officer to the right.
“Oh he’s lively alright. He tried to bite me when I brought his little friend down,” the officer on
the right replied.
“Just dandy, I’m spending the night in jail with some psycho,” Ryou thought as he watched the
officer on the right reach for the keys to unlock the door that led into the holding cell.
Bakura leaned back against the wall calmly cleaning his fingernails with one of the keys on the
key ring he’d stolen from one of the lockers earlier. He watched with an observant eye as the
officer on Ryou’s right unlocked the door.
“This will be a breeze,” he thought silently as he watched the door close behind Ryou and the
policemen.
He waited patiently cleaning his nails with the key that looked like the one the officer had just
used to unlock the door. He casually slipped his gloves back onto his hands.
Once the officers had left and were out of sight, Bakura took the key and inserted it into the
lock. He turned the knob and the door opened. He peered out from under the visor of his hat and
scanned the room for Ryou. Instead though, he spotted something quite unexpected.
Malik was laying on a small dark blue cot, and Marik was on top of him grinding their hips
together, savagely attacking Malik’s mouth with his own.
“Let’s see how I hard I’ve made you, shall we?” Marik purred, pawing at the zipper going down
the from of Malik’s orange jumpsuit. His indigo eyes flickered with desire as he pulled the
zipper all the way down.

Bakura heard a noise off to his left that sounded like a whimper. He quickly snapped his head
around to see what was going on.
His chuckled quietly as he caught sight of Ryou struggling with a blonde man with a larger build
than his own. It was quite obvious what the man was after, considering he had Ryou’s orange
jumpsuit unzipped and he was pinning him to the cot.
Bakura cleared his throat and tapped the man on the shoulder. He altered his voice slightly,
“Hello there, boy... mind if I step in?”
The quickly man turned his head to see who was tapping him on the shoulder, “Get your fucking
hands off me!”
Bakura calmly chuckled as the man’s glaring eyes met with his face. The man besetting Ryou
was no stranger, it was none other than the All-American bastard Bandit Keith.
“Oh gods, not you again,” Bakura sighed.
Keith stood up quickly and backed away, seeing the officer standing above him. “I wasn’t doin’
nothing to him! I swear!” he said nervously as he backed away.
“I could care less,” Bakura retorted sharply, grabbing Ryou by his sleeve. “You’re coming with
me, Nancy-boy,” he said in a deep voice, yanking Ryou off the cot.
“What the-, where the-, who the...??” Ryou stammered as Bakura dragged him out of the cell.
Bakura pushed Ryou into an unoccupied room used for questioning inmates he had scoped it out
prior. He closed and locked the door behind them.
Bakura chuckled evilly hearing Ryou wince from the shove.
Bakura unhooked the flashlight clipped to his belt and turned it on. He shined the blinding beam
straight into Ryou’s face.
“What’s going on?” Ryou asked nervously, shielding his eyes with his hands.
Bakura chuckled wickedly as he unbuckled his belt with one hand.
His heart felt like it skipped a beat when heard Ryou swallow hard.
He unzipped his pants and tugged them down over his hips.
“Suck it,” he instructed firmly as he grabbed Ryou by his hair and forced him down to his knees,
still disguising his voice.
“Suck it? But I don’t want-” Ryou began to say.
Bakura glared; he pulled back his hand and slapped Ryou across the face before he
could put up a fight, “No talking!”
“Yes, sir,” Ryou whimpered, obliging without further question.

holding his hands up in mock surrender, “I couldn’t resist myself, okay? Just relax and be glad it
was me sticking it in and not some crusty old pig putting it up your ass.”
Ryou rubbed his butt and sighed, “You fucker! You wicked, evil, rotten fucker! That wasn’t very
nice!”
"I beg to differ," Bakura chuckled as he pulled his pants back on, "Now put your pretty clown suit back on, I’m
busting you out of this rathole.”
Ryou sighed and shook his head as he dressed himself.
“Wait here, I have something else to do yet. I won’t be long,” Bakura said as he fixed up his
stolen uniform.

            Yami sighed contently as he settled in next to Yugi. He wrapped his arm around his light
and pulled him close.
Yugi smiled and pressed the play button on the remote control, “Finally.”
Yami absently wound Yugi’s hair around his finger as their movie began to play.
“Aibou? what does it mean when the phone makes a strange beep-beeping noise during a call?”
Yugi turned his eyes to Yami’s. “Well, either the battery is low in the phone, or there is another
call coming in.”
“Oh,” Yami sighed, “I think missed a call than. It beep-beeped while I was calling in our
pizza...Oops.”
Yugi shrugged his shoulders, “No big deal. If it’s important they’ll call back.”
