Chapter
34: Memories And A Promise

And as we entered the mansion we were of course
greeted by Mokuba.

�Welcome home nii-sama and Bakura!� he smiled at
Bakura as well.

I blinked. Did Mokuba know about Bakura? But I didn�t
ask him.

�How�s your day been Mokuba?� I asked as we walked up
the stairs before realization hit me �Shouldn�t you be in bed by now?� I
glanced at my watch again. Half
past ten.

�Aww
nii-sama! Don�t be so boring!� he pouted �I�m not even
tired and it�s Saturday!�

�It�s no different if it�s a Monday night or Saturday
night. You�re only twelve years old and being up to half past ten is not
optional� I pointed out with a mischievous smirk.

Mokuba stuck out his tongue at me and I pinched his
nose in return.

�Hey no fair!� he said as he slapped away my hand.

�What�s not fair?� I asked still smirking.

He just grumbled as we walked outside his bedroom
�Into bed. Now� I said.

He gave me a hug �Good night nii-sama�

�Good night Mokuba� I smiled as I ruffled his hair a
bit, knowing that it would annoy him greatly. And as Mokuba closed the door I
noticed that Bakura had disappeared so I decided to find out were he had gone
to.

I didn�t have to go far to find him, as I walked past
the balcony I found him leaning on the railing.

I smirked as I walked out to him �Seems like a switch
of scenario, don�t you agree?�

Bakura smirked at me as well as he noticed me �Seems
so� was his simple answer.

�So what did you think of the exhibition then?�

He frowned before turning his gaze towards the moon
and sighed �I relived some, mostly, painful memories of my past�� he started
still staring at the moon.

�Want to talk about it?� I asked, wanting to know
everything about him�

�Not really, it�s too much just remembering them,
reliving them makes me hate the Pharaoh even more�

I leaned onto the railing, letting my chin rest in my
hand �Is that even possible?� I asked him in attempt to ease his mood.

He smiled �You have no idea how much I can hate that��
he clicked his tongue as he searched for the right world ��bitch, not just in
the past but even the present� his face darkened a bit as he thought about it.

�I hear you. I know he�s a little bitch, I�ve
encountered that side of him as well�

Bakura nodded and sighed, and he thought as he still
observed the silvery moon before he looked down on his hands �The Pharaoh�s
father�� he stopped, biting his lip �Killed my entire village when I was a
child��

I stared at him �Why would he do such a horribly
thing?!� I asked, feeling rather disgust after hearing something like that. But
Bakura just shook his head slowly.

�I don�t remember�� He sighed �But I will get my
revenge on his son for what he did to my family!� he growled lowly and narrowed
his eyes.

I looked down for a split second, then
I raised my gaze upon Bakura and made a quick decision. Then I placed my hand
on his cheek, so he would face me and then I kissed him.

And as we parted, Bakura gave me a confused look �What
was that for?� he asked.

�That was a promise� was my simple answer.

He raised a brow �What kind of promise?�

�That I will help you, to take revenge on the Pharaoh,
whatever it is, I�ll help you� I stated.

Bakura looked at first surprised, then his expression
changed �Thank you� he said as he drew his hand through my hair �I won�t forget
your promise� he said and tilted his head slightly upwards and kissed me.

The kiss was quick, but still deep and heated at the
same time� and as Bakura pulled away he had an amused smile on his face �You
blush so easily� he smirked �It�s just too kawaii� he
said as his thumb caressed my cheek.

As I noticed my blush it turned into an even deep
shade� Why the hell do I blush so easily around Bakura?!!

Bakura smirked again �There you go again with that
cute blushing�� he said huskily as he let his lips descend upon my neck� at the
same spot as before and once more started to suck on the skin, making me moan�

Then he bite down once more� again to the point of
drawing blood before he let goes of my neck, but still hasn�t left it �You
better not forget your promise to me Seto� he said as he withdrew himself with
a smile.

�Good night Seto� he said and left. I blinked� what
the hell was that about? And I watched him leave and saw his face in the mirror
on the wall and saw the smug on his face� he seemed to be pleased with himself�
or was that just my imagination�?

As I realized that I looked myself in the mirror I
quickly withdrew my glance from it� I hate seeing myself in the mirror�

A/N: Sorry
folks, here it is, the, for now, last chapter of LMA,
I�m still sorry about this, and hope I�ll get my inspiration back soon� I�d
like to finish this ^^; someday�

Well,
there�s soo much things I�d like to write with this,
but it�s too darn long for me to get there ^^; And I still promised Millie she
could have a small cameo� that will still happen� but not at the moment.
