What Happened in Room 102

Chapter Five

"Are you stupid?!" Atem yells outraged, getting a lot of attention for his outburst, which is to be expected, there is no privacy in the middle of a crime scene. "Did you not think for one second what this could have done?"

It's only when the woman before him breaks down in tears (again) that he remembers that the person doesn't know better, just a worried parent wanting to make sure her child is safe.

The male had taken up time alone, or as alone as it gets, with all the parents that had arrived, though a few students had none that showed, Ryou and Jou, then Yugi's mother which was out of his own request.

"I need to confiscate the phone," that is what this is about, the text messages that the woman sent her daughter, the ones her daughter answered.

The woman gives a struggle before handing over the electrical device, acting as if she let go of it she would be giving up the life of her daughter as well, Atem knows her pain, more than she could possibly know.

-Inside-

Over three and a half hours since the class has been taken over, at the moment the room is at peace.

Only the chit-chat of the criminals and soft, half conscious mewls of pain from Anzu are heard in the room. Everyone else is silently caught in their own activities. Malik who had awaken cuddles tightly with Otogi, who in turn watches Bakura and Marik suspiciously, expectantly. Yugi messages his stiff legs, violet eyes locked on the floor. While Jou glares at Bakura contemplating his revenge, Kisara tries her hardest to turn invisible. Honda huddles into as much of a ball as he can, while keeping his hands on the desk, to keep warm. Ryou curled on the ground at Bakura’s feet, like a loyal dog with his own spew only inches from him, in his own little world, ignoring the booted foot resting on his back.

While other students had managed to grab their captors attention one girl with hair the deepest of black had managed to not only go without becoming noticed by the men, but to defy them while doing it.

It was only by chance that she caught the first text, her vibrate setting broken, and ringer off; they were in class after all. She had noticed it after knocking her purse over, the fire red cell had skirted along the floor a short distance, the outside screen showing she missed the message. She grabbed the phone with surprising ease; the criminal's were preoccupied with Otogi and Malik, forcing the teens to give them a perverse show.

'Vivian?' It was her mother, that's what started the act, the girl allowing her mother's reassurances sooth her and telling the older woman all she knows of the men terrorizing the class, from what they call each other, to their appearance, hoping it will help them.

She doesn't dare continue to text now though, not with the peace in the room, not even glimpsing at the phone on her lap, too afraid the others will notice.

'Ring, ring, ring' That sound grabs most of everyone’s attention, Ryou and Kisara the only ones not daring to look, but it's not Bakura who pulls out a phone, Marik pulls out one.

"Yo!" The blonde answers the phone casually though his voice doesn't hold an emotion, completely blank. That expression changes in just a moment, a deep frown coming over him, eyes gaining an edge to them. "You got to be fucking shitting me!" he cries out in sheer outrage, anger tinting his voice. "Don't do anything! Don't even fucking move!" The male continues to yell, his eyebrows creasing with his anger. "Later," the cell is hung up with an audible click.

Bakura looks at his partner intently, waiting for the news the blonde obviously has.

"Kotsuzuka got shot, Keith was arrested," Marik states after a few moments, having to calm down before hand, "the cops were waiting for them."

"Fuck!" Bakura roars, jolting Ryou out of the safety of his own world, making him curl farther into himself.

It takes only seconds for the white haired fiend to get the ones outside on the phone.

"Shut it, Hopkins! I want to speak to the guy in charge out there," a moment of silence, "now, damn it!"

While Bakura waits quite impatiently he grabs the roster he threw on the desk earlier, sharp eyes scanning over all the names, and then stopping at one in particular, Yugi Mouto.

"Finally," He growls when a new voice is heard from the other side of the phone, a dead serious tone being used. "Did you think that we wouldn't find out?" The questions asked with venom. "Don't play dumb with me, our demands were simple, why is it when the first task is regarded that my men were shot at and one arrested?" A moment of silence. "I don't care for your excuse, my man will be released in twenty minutes or I'll have to take out my frustration on little Yugi Mouto." The phone is snapped shut.

Everyone was listening to the conversation, always do, and that's enough to put a lot on the edge, especially Yugi. The poor boy looking at the man that threatened his safety with large, violet eyes, Bakura meets his gaze with a smirk.

"Let’s hope you and this Atem are on good terms," Bakura keeps the cell out to keep track of time, there being no clock in the room, teacher thought it was too distracting.

-Outside-

It takes a moment for Atem to hang up the phone, even though there hasn't been anyone on the other side in, for at least, a minute, he's too shocked, too scared.

"Captain Mouto?" Dark violet eyes glance down at the elderly man sitting down beside him.

"I'm fine Hopkin's," He assures the man, no need to worry the man anymore, he's too old to be doing this, too tired, but even though he’s already retired he is constantly called back out. Mr. Arthur Hopkins is the best negotiator around, made miracles happen, that doesn't seem to be helping too much at the moment. With a reassuring nod, just as much to himself than to the old man, he walks away from the negotiator.

"Cap-!"

"Good Valon, I need you to get me on the phone with that bastard who's in charge in Chiba," Atem interrupts the brunette.

"But s-"

"I need this done right away," the subordinate is again cut off, "and have we found anything useful on that phone?"

"That's what I've been trying to tell you," the slightly younger male says in a huff. "Going through the text messages the girl stated that one males name is Marik, who is brothers with a Malik Ishtar-"

"Get to the point."

"The other male, Kura, was not found, but a Bakura was Marik's cell mate for two years, we believe he is the same," the male takes a breath, "While Marik was only sent in for assault, sexual harassment, and other petty crimes, Bakura is a much bigger fish, thought to be a hit man for a certain organization, we could only pin one murder on him, a very gruesome case."

"How are they in there?"

"Huh?"

"Why is a murderer out on the streets?" Atem rephrases the question, using a little more force than necessary, fist clenching at his side in his frustration.

"Uhh..," the man fishes through some papers in his hand, eyes quickly scanning over words, "Well, Bakura escaped three months ago, Marik was released a few weeks before."

The detective lets this new information sink in.

"Oh, shit, uhh.. They think that this might not be what it looks like," the brunette looks as if he just remembered this tidbit of information, "it might be a distraction for something bigger."

"Such as?"

"I wasn't informed, Shadi wants to discuss that with you privately."

"I still need that phone," the subordinate nods and scurries off to do as instructed.

People are making this difficult for the captain, much harder than this should be, if only the first task had been in his jurisdiction the latest mishap could have been avoided, but they wanted the money in Gansely's territory, and the stupid bastard never listens to him. He has to get the man to listen now, for those kid's sakes, especially Yugi.

-Back Inside-

"You're running out of time," Bakura states, it's obvious who he's directing these words to even if he's not looking at the boy, to busy rummaging through the teachers desk, eyes darting to the phone every few minutes to check the time. "Less than four minutes left."

Yugi tries to ignore the man's words, tries not to think of the time passing too quickly, usually twenty minutes feels like forever, why is it now that it feels like only seconds? He tries not to think of that also, he refuses to let himself worry, because his cousin won't let anything bad happen to him, would never allow that, then what is taking so long?

"Tick, tock. Tick, tock." Marik mocks with a grin, being the sadistic bastard he is and enjoying every moment of the tiny teen's fear, watching the boy squirm becoming quite an entertaining show to pass the time.

"Times up," the words sound like a death tome to Yugi, his eyes growing even larger with fright, if that's even possible, when Bakura states the dreaded verity. "Whatever happens to you, remember your family member out there is to blame, he obviously doesn't care enough for ya."

The boy opens his mouth to contradict the fiend, to defend his cousin, yet nothing comes out, he can hear the words he wants to say in his head, the thoughts are screaming, but he can't seem to let even a syllable slip past his lips. Then his chance is up because Bakura gets back on the phone.

"Obviously you didn't try hard enough," Is the first thing the criminal says, evidently an answer to a question only he heard. "You had plenty of time, and now that time is up."

Ryou, who is the closest to the two criminal's can hear little tidbits of the voice on the other side of the phone, can hear the pleading tone, recognize the begging. This only makes him feel worse, the police outside are doing nothing that the children aren't on the inside, imploring has done nothing inside; it surely will do the same on the outside.

"Marik," Bakura puts his hand on the receiver so the cop can't hear, "that thing has a built in web-cam right?"

"Yeah, why?" The blonde cocks his head slightly in curiosity.

"We're gonna give this guy a show," with that answer and a grin the man turns his attention back to the phone. "Get to a computer; you might want it to be in a more private location," the fiend's eyes practically flash with malice when saying this, "call back when you manage this."

"Wh-wha-?"

"Jou," Bakura calls, completely ignoring Yugi and the question he was trying to ask. The blonde doesn't answer, just glares at the man who called his name, this doesn't faze the criminal in the least. "You're little Yugi's friend, correct?" There is no answer, making the man's grin falter, though not for long. The man quickly makes his way to the small one he was speaking about and strikes him on the cheek, making the boy fall and cry out.

"Don't touch him!" Jou yells after jumping up from his seat, though he's not the only one everyone seems tense after the attack, as if just waiting to strike, even little Ryou is glaring at him from his pathetic crouched position. It seems everyone has a soft spot for the smallest kid in the class.

"So you are friends, good," Bakura walks back to the desk without the slightest bit of strife in his fluid motion. "If that's the case I'm sure you would like to make debut with him in his big hit, he needs a co-star."

"What do you mean?" The question is asked through clenched teeth, the honey-eyed teen's hands in fists beside him.

"Yo-" Bakura is cut off by the ringing of a phone; this only makes him grin wider. "Hello Atem," he answers the phone smugly, if nobody knew better they would think this guy just won the lottery, "good, I need to know your email account." A pause. "No questions, captain," another moment of silence, "good, log on."

The phone is quickly hung up before Bakura makes his way behind the desk with Marik, moving the laptop to face him. The tapping on the keyboard is unnaturally loud or that's the impression seeing as the room is deathly silent other than those small sounds. Finally, the portable computer is turned to Yugi, the screen showing a window within which holds a smaller version of the boy, he's being recorded.

"Jou, join your friend," The white haired criminal pulls out his gun as he gives this order, his silent warning against disobedience, though it's not needed now, the teen referred seeming eager to be close to the smaller, making his way there quickly and silently. Now three people are on the screen, Yugi, Jou, and the sleeping, bleeding Anzu. "Now help little Yugi undr-"

"W-wait!" Surprisingly it's not Jounouchi or Yugi that protests, but Ryou, the boy still quivering in his spot has his eyes locked determinately on Yugi, tears spilling down his cheeks, "ple-please not Y-Yugi."

"Aw, your pet has a thing for the squirt?" Marik inquires in a way that shows his entertainment, Bakura, as always, isn't as amused as his partner. "Maybe he wants to fuck him instead."

"N-no!" He's scared but he will stand up for Yugi, the boy who has saved him countless times (from bullies and perverted teachers alike). "P-please I'll do an-anything, just not Y-Yu-"

"Shut up," Bakura barks angrily. "I am the one running the show here; do you need a reminder of that? Was the last lesson to lenient?"

Ryou lets his head fall in shame, not only from the man's words, but from his own weakness, can't even repay the favor to Yugi, can't even protect the boy once, even though he is both taller and older, he feels pathetic.

"As I was saying," Bakura continues after a moment, face still set up in an angry scowl from the earlier outburst, "help Yugi out of his clothes."

"I wo- Yugi stop!" Jounouchi yells when the small boy stands up to strip himself, fingers working the buttons to his deep blue blazer effortlessly. "Listen Yug!" The blonde exclaims grabbing one of the hands that easily slip buttons from their hole, halting the boy. "We don't have to-"

"We do Jou!" Yugi finally yells back, without the slightest waver in his voice, though the unspilled tears are easily seen in large, frightened eyes as he looks up at his friend, "please Jou, just listen."

"He's right, I don't plan on shooting you at the moment, but the rest of the room is free game," Bakura warns, overall in a better mood now that the show has started, "be a good boy, and help your friend, so we can avoid that."

"Fuck you," And even though the boy growls these words he finally does as instructed, turning the smaller to face him and replacing the hands working on buttons with his own. After the heavy blazer hits the ground, falling in an unruly pile on the floor, the white tee underneath is next. Jou undresses his friend like a robot, looking over the boy instead of at him, flinching every time he touches the other's skin as if it burns, and while he plays robot Yugi is a doll, being undressed without moving unless necessary and face blank other than those expressive eyes showing his pain. Pants join the discarded clothes pile.

"Boxers, too," The stripper hesitates with this order, but only till he gets a reassuring nod from the stripped. "Now touch him, make him feel good," Bakura orders before sitting leisurely on the desk, just behind the laptop, tongue sliding out to moisten his lips in a predator like manner.

"I can't." Jou's hands fall back to his side to curl into tight fists, his trembling nearly noticeable, body shaking with rage, fear, and sorrow.

Bakura picks up the seating chart that was discarded earlier.

"Honda will be the first to go, if you don't get your act straight," said brunette jolts at his name and looks at the villain, expression much like a deer in the headlights, "followed by Kisara." The girl doesn't make a move that shows she acknowledges what's happening.
The phone rings and the two grow still, maybe this will save them? The phone continues to ring though, Bakura acting as if not even hearing it, signaling Jou to continue.

"I told ya, I ca-!" It is again Yugi who acts first, stopping Jou mid sentence from the sheer shock of the smaller grabbing his hand and leading it to his crotch. "Yug," the blonde looks at him with such sorrow.

"I-it's ok," tears finally fall from ample, lilac eyes, trailing down cherub cheeks in abundant, "I-I want you to."

It doesn't take long for the small teenage boy to grow hard in his friend’s hand, hormones running wild and all, and Jou never blames him, but at the same time can't make himself look at the boy, looking over him instead, that is until Marik orders otherwise.

The ringing of the phone is heard a second time, again the call is not answered.

"Ar-" tears well up in those beautiful eyes again, after he only stopped crying moments ago, and for the first time since this ordeal started he looks like he's gonna crumble, and that is quite literally what he does, Jou hardly able to catch him before he falls on Anzu. Jou stops everything and just holds his naked, sobbing friend to his chest, helping him hold up his own weight and hoping that he is comforting the boy at least a little bit.

'Bang!' The gun going off starts off a small burst of panic, making a lot jolt and some start praying out loud, others just cursing. No one is as freaked out at Honda though, the boy had jumped from his seat and started crying, but with good reason, the edge of his seat has a small hole in it, just centimeters from where his shoulder was before, and inches from his head.

"Shut up! Damn brats," the last part is mumbled as the kids start to slowly quiet down, he then draws his attention back to the stars of his home movie. "I never told you to stop; this is your last warning."

Jou finally takes the lead, pushing Yugi back a little, but not letting his shoulders go till he's sure the boy can stand, and then moving his hand back to the small male's cock which has withered a good bit, all the while wiping tears off the child’s left cheek with his free hand and kissing them away on his right, hushing him softly, trying to comfort the small one, even while molesting him.

"I-!" Bakura's gun is pointed towards a certain male, one who still hasn't sat in his seat since the last gunshot, one that doesn't even notice his danger at the moment, dark eyes fixated on the hole in his seat.

Yugi steps back further from the injured Anzu and descends weakly to his hands and knees, still panting and unwilling to fight, Bakura ignores the fact that the brat disregarded his first order to appreciates his handy-work, it's pleasing how he can control these children. Jou analyzing his options for a second finally pulls off his already unbuttoned blazer, throwing it harshly to the floor, followed by his shirt and pants, he lets his aggression out on these clothes, even his green boxers are treated harshly when peeled away revealing the rest of the beautiful male's skin, the shade under the last article of clothing just a bit lighter than the rest of the sublime sun-kissed flesh.

Though he is barbaric with his clothes Jou eases behind Yugi's form smoothly, looking down at the boy as if he's a complicated puzzle needing to be figured out.

"Please, J-Jou," Yugi begs, looking over his shoulder at the other, sorrowful lilac meeting with scared, honey brown the blonde hesitates but nods. Tears fall silently down the blond teen's cheeks when the cap of the lotion opens with a loud snap, and then he dumps a good amount on his hands, mixing with the essence already there. He places his hand on Yugi's hip in what he hopes is a soothing manner while he thoroughly coats his fingers, using his thumbs to do so.

Yugi lets his head hang down while he waits for the inevitable to happen, this isn't how he wanted his first time, he would be lying if he said he didn't think of Jounouchi in this manner, he dreamed of this day, the day when his friend would hold him, but not like this, never like this.

The boy hisses in pain and tries to jerk away when he is sloppily entered by one long finger, the other in reaction pulls away.

"I'm sor-"

"Get on with it!" Marik chides impatiently.

There is again the ringing of a phone, it continues to be ignored.

"I-it's ok," Yugi reassures, though he continues to keep his head low, his body trembling from fear and cold, the air in the room attacking his defenseless flesh and hard floors like ice under his hands and knees. "I'm r-ready," he braces himself. Again a finger enters the boy, a little bit slower this time, with more caution. This time there is no real pain, just discomfort, then that lone digit is moving. Yugi only lets out a slight cry when one becomes two, he can bare the sting.

"This is growing a little dull," Bakura states, though he never takes his eyes off the action in front of him, "Ryou, go kneel in front of Yugi."

"Wh-what?" If it wasn't so timid he would actually sound shocked, his eyes opening at the shear disturbance of those words, having closed them before hand to close out the world.

"You heard me," Bakura growls, glaring at the top of his look-a-like's head, the only part he can see of the boy from his spot, "get your red ass up and go kneel in front of the twerp."

"W-why?"

"Do you need to be reminded of your place?"

"You should fuck him," Marik quickly pipes into the small dispute. "Show him who's on top."

"N-no!" Ryou cries back, like a child would when you threaten to take their favorite toy.

"Good, go kneel in front of Yugi," Bakura orders, Ryou does as told, his form at first blocking the camera as he walks over he was so close to it, and then there are four figures being recorded.

Jou is still on the second finger when Ryou comes into the picture, he hardly notices the new addition to the cast, working on being gentle and drowning miserably in Yugi's soft whines of pain.

The phone is ringing, ignored.

"Ryou, kiss Yugi," the whitenette has to lower himself to give the boy a chaste kiss, surprisingly to him the smaller boy returns it eagerly. "Use your tongue," this he hesitates to do, but Yugi doesn't, opening his mouth slightly to allow entrance. Ryou's tongue is hesitant and clumsy when entering Yugi's mouth, the smaller boy doesn't mind, it's a small comfort, a distraction from the pain behind him, the fear within him, and the eyes around him.

"Touch while you kiss," Marik orders, it's complied. Awkward touches are made at first, to the cheek and the neck, and then as they continue the caresses get more confident, ivory meshing beautifully with beige. Jounouchi has no say in this so he doesn't protest when one of them are tossed his way, hitting the floor with a soft tap before bouncing a little closer.

"Go on, Jou," Bakura approves and with his words the blond teen removes his fingers, a very apparent blush marring his tanned face, while Yugi makes a quiet whine.

Using his unsoiled hand the tan male reaches out and grabs the pill with quiet obedience and swallows it with unnatural docility, unaware of the alarmed gaze he is submitted to by Malik.

To Jou the room seems to be silent for the moment, other than the desperate huffing of the two making out when they break for air and the ringing of the phone in the background, the cellular device in nearly constantly going off now. This unnatural quiet is intensified by the looks he is receiving; he is being watched intently, not by just the two criminals, but Malik as well now, as if they are waiting for him to show them an amazing trick.

That trick happens all too soon, starting in the pit of his stomach. Heat rises and spreads through his body at an unbearable pace, sending his body into a fit of shivers as even his toes burn and his most sensitive area as well.
