Summary: Seto needs a new Administrative Liason. As a publicity stunt Kaiba Corp holds a kind of The Apprentice meets Joe Millionaire contest. Jou wants that job. With the help of a fairy god ‘Auntie’ with a tarnished halo, he enters the contest. This is that tale. **** Matashi and Aishira were waiting for them at the check in. Before Jou could step forward and announce to the world that Joie wouldn’t be attending, Gian stepped up to the desk and smiled. “My niece is in the ladies room. She is indisposed at the moment. May I check her in so she doesn’t have to worry about being late?” Matashi smiled and nodded “Of course.” A few taps on the keyboard and the older man smiled. “Kawai Joie all checked in, with one guest of course. May I take this opportunity to say thank you for everything you did yesterday?” “It was my pleasure. I enjoyed the cooking and the party immensely. And my friend Sanu was more than happy to help.” “I am glad. Tell me, did you make the roasted olives? They were fantastic.” Matashi and Gian began to discuss the food and party. Jou sighed and stepped forward. Aishira beamed at him. “Jounouchi Katsuya! We didn’t know you would be attending today. Of course you are on the list of people who may come here anytime and it is always a pleasure to see you.” The older man leaned forward and murmured “Kaiba-sama will be dueling in about fifteen minutes. He’s at the arena double checking the system. Mokuba-san scheduled an upgrade today.” He winked and smiled “He will be on the lower deck and would love to know of your support.” Gian interrupted with a smile “Is he? Well I must speak to him. Jounouchi-san will you lead me to the lower deck? I’ve never been here.” Jou escorted Gian out of the office. Once they were outside he hissed furiously “What do you think you’re doing?” “I’m going to tell Kaiba-sama that my niece is ill and will be lying down until her match. That will give you all morning to cheer on your lover, have a nice lunch with him, and if you decide you want stick to your goals, get ready to duel him.” “I’m gonna tell him th’ truth. I’m tired of th’ lies.” “That’s your choice, just as it was your decision to start this. I’m just trying to make sure you still have the chance if you change your mind.” “I...” A soft fingertip shushed his lips just as they reached a huge stadium like arena. “Don’t close yourself off to the options. Enjoy your morning and your lunch.” Gian opened the door and rushed through. Jou squared his shoulders, took a deep breath, and caught the door as it swung shut. Gian was several feet ahead and moving away rapidly. Before he could catch her she called out “Kaiba-sama!” “Kajuki-san. The candidates are up in the contestant area.” Seto’s voice was cool and faintly echoing in the large room. “Ah, thank you but I wanted to tell you that my niece will not be in the arena until after lunch. She is checked in but currently is lying down in one of your fine rest stations.” “I see. Thank you.” The tones were cool and dismissing. It was obvious the CEO wanted to be alone. “You are welcome Kaiba-sama. Have a good day.” Gian turned and hurried back to the exit. As she passed Jou she smiled and mouthed “Good luck.” The blond didn’t bother to call out. Instead he walked up to the large control booth and watched as his lover finessed a few knobs and dials. When the brunet didn’t look up he coughed softly. Without glancing around Seto clipped “I am busy Kajuki-san. If you need anything I suggest you speak to guest services.” “I kinda doubt they could help me wit’ that, seein’ as how it’s you that I want.” Jou drawled playfully. Seto froze for an instant, staring down at the panel, and then turned to look at him. “Jounouchi...” “Kaiba.” The blond parroted, still playful, gazing at him intently with golden eyes that beckoned unflinchingly. Slowly the tall man stepped out of the booth. Jou only waited until his love was clear before he dove forward and caught Seto in a tight hug. “Geez I’ve missed ya. I didn’t see ya fer months and I missed ya, but not like this. I dunno what ya did ta me that night, but fer some reason I can’t stop thinkin’ about ya. It was bad before but now every time I see a tall brunet I see you. Since I made th’ rule I had ta break it. I saw on the TV that you were goin’ to be here so here I am.” His gaze became winsome and shy “If ya want me still.” Strong arms closed around him in an all too brief hug. “I...I thought we wouldn’t see each other again until I worked out some way for us to be together openly.” Urgently he cupped Jou’s face “I think I have it. It will require a lot of manipulation and some time but...but I think we can do it.” “Yeah, well that’s great. We...” He broke off as a cough interrupted him. Panicked he tried to shove back from Seto only to find himself held fast. “Yes Pegasus?” The brunet seemed unperturbed by the other man seeing them together. “I just wanted to let you know that I am here and ready to judge.” The silver-haired man laughed “Let him go for a moment Kaiba, I want to say hello to him, and as delightful as the view of his rear is, I’m sure you and he would rather I greeted him to his face.” Seto growled but loosened his hold. Jou spun around and glared red-faced and obviously uncomfortable. “What da hell ya doin’ checkin’ out m’ass ya old perv?” “Relax Jounouchi. I can enjoy looking at a painting without wanting to own it. It’s the same with your ass. I can enjoy looking at your tight buns but I don’t want them. Well not much anyway. But Kaiba would kill me for even attempting it so you’re safe and Croquet would... Well let’s not think about that shall we?” The older man waived his hand dramatically. “Kaiba however is in dire straights. If he doesn’t get upstairs immediately he will have a horde of women descending on him. Mokuba isn’t here yet and they are yammering about the girl they call Kawai-san” Seto growled and after a tight squeeze released his lover. “He’s right, I have to go. Jou, come up to the private viewing box on my side of the arena. It’s private and an awning blocks anyone from peeking in. I’ll try to talk to you between matches.” “’kay. I’ll see ya then.” With a defiant glare at Pegasus he leaned up and captured Seto’s lips in a brief, warm kiss. “Good luck.” Discreetly he cupped his lover’s own very firm ass and squeezed. “Don’t forget me.” Seto caught his breath at the bold caress and returned the kiss. “Bad...are you trying to distract me?” “No... But would it work?” “Not for anyone else.” Another quick hug and Seto hurried them to the elevator. “We are having lunch together so don’t make plans.” “Hmmm...” Jou nodded. Seto moved towards the contestant’s box while he moved to the private box. He ignored the roar of the crowd as he and Seto were recognized. He didn’t want to look anywhere but the arena. He loved to see Seto duel and this morning was going to be fun and lunchtime they’d get it all straightened out. He didn’t see the distinctive fin-shaped hair jerk in his direct, or the black ponytail nod in agreement to something fin-head said. Nor did he see the two distinctive men leave their VIP seats. Seto waved briefly to the crowed as he crossed to the contestant’s box. “Is there a problem here?” “Kawai-san isn’t here yet.” The woman he vaguely remembered as Matsu-san stepped forward aggressively. “Did you dismiss her last night after everyone went to bed? Or did she leave because of the picture in the papers this morning?” “Papers?” Dark blue eyes narrowed. “What are you talking about?” The short woman aggressively thrust the papers in his face. “Front page news.” Another woman, Shika, he thought vaguely, snarled, “You put the move on her and she turned you down. That’s why you tried to get rid of her last night. Don’t deny it; there was no other excuse for the crap you tried to pull.” Seto was gazing with horror at the newspaper. He and Kawai-san in the garden. The picture had been taken at the exact instant he’d caught her. If a person didn’t know she was falling it looked like she was trying to escape and he was holding her fast. “Hnnn...” He didn’t resist when the other woman took the paper back. Seto wasn’t worried about the accusation from the candidates. When the blonde woman showed up she would clear up the misconception. It was a probability that Jou had seen the pictures and shown up this morning. Gian, observing from the other side of the room, informed them, “My niece is indisposed this morning. She is lying down in an executive rest room.” Shika snapped, “Who can blame her. He... Matsu-san’s voice cut in sharply, “No. Look at the picture again. Look at Kawai-san’s ankle as her skirt flares. It’s twisted. It looks like she’s tripping and anyone with decent observation skills will see that. But her embarrassment...she must be sick with it.” Gian chuckled. “She hasn’t seen the paper yet. She’s been sick all night. The roasted olives didn’t agree with her.” The drag-queen plucked the paper out of Tori’s hand. “Hmmm...nice catch Matsu-san...and Kaiba-san. It looks like she would have fallen rather painfully without your quick hands.” Shika stepped forward, still aggressive. “I apologize.” She said tersely. “But I still think you were out of line last night. She didn’t deserve what you tried to do.” “It is not your concern. Kawai-san is ill and resting. I could disqualify her for not being here but I won’t. That should be enough to reassure you that I am not trying to treat her unfairly.” Just then Mokuba rushed in, panting breathlessly. “Sorry I’m late, I had an errand. Ladies, I gave you the list earlier of who would duel first. Seto! Get up on the duel deck and give your welcome speech. I can handle this from here.” The brunet nodded and spun around to stalk back to the elevated platform. With a quick flick of the controls he raised the deck and flipped on his microphone. Over the roar of the crowd he said, “Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Kaibaland’s main Dueling Arena! I’m Kaiba Seto and today I will...” Mokuba shut the door to the contestant’s area, shutting out the crowd’s and his brother’s voice. “Okay while he’s doing that we will go over the schedule one last time. Nyoko-san you will go first. Have you chosen your deck?” “Yes Kaiba-san. I chose it earlier.” “Good. Now all of you need to remember, you are not expected to beat my brother. What is being judged is your familiarity with the game and the cards and how well you think and strategize. Pegasus-sama, the creator of the game, based on those criteria will grade each move you make. Each game will last up to twenty minutes. If any of you last the entire twenty minutes by active play you will be automatically moved up to the top five. Any questions?” Matsu-san smiled and asked, “What if one of us defeats Kaiba-sama?” “Then they will be moved up automatically.” The black-haired Vice President smiled. “After Nyoko-san is Shika-san, Toshi-san, and Aya-san. Then there will be a two hour lunch break. After lunch Matsu-san, Kawai-san, Tori-san, Yuuka-san, Saiki-san, and last is Ai-san. The schedule is posted. Please don’t be late for your matches, but feel free to explore. Give any vendor your name and you will be admitted to any attraction at no cost.” Mokuba smiled and opened the door, letting in the cheers from the arena. “Good luck Nyoko-san.” A mild clap from the spectators encouraged the woman forward. Toshi-san, certain the other woman couldn’t hear, observed. “She’ll need it. She’s never dueled before, only read about the technology involved.” Several women glanced at Toshi-san sharply. Matsu-san observed “Then we shall see how well she puts what she read into real life. It is a good test of her abilities.” Tori-san nodded “Well I’m going to get something to drink and stretch my legs. I have hours until my match.” She glanced at Yuuka-san, Saiki-san, and Ai-san. “Want to come along?” After a quick look outside at the arena, where Nyoko-san was cringing from an attack, they nodded in unison. Mokuba waved at them absently and kept his eyes fixed on the arena. Casually he slipped his hand into his pocket and leaned against the window as if to get a better view. ** Jou focused on Seto’s intro. He had to admire the way the man could work a crowd. When Nyoko-san stepped into position he leaned forward eagerly. He didn’t doubt the CEO would demolish her in a few moves, but he was curious about the deck she chose and the deck Seto was using. He nodded to Pegasus when the older man stepped into the room, but didn’t say a word. “Well well, we meet again so soon. How have you been Jounouchi?” The silver-haired man gave a smug laugh “Besides well-laid I mean.” When the blond ignored him, the older man continued, “Who’d have ever guessed that Kaiba Seto would actually be the master of the underdog. You two are quite the mismatched pair. The dragon prince and the mutt pauper.” “Ya don’t know what yer talkin’ about so shut up an’ do yer job.” “Oh I can rate the moves she makes and speak to you at the same time, Jounouchi. After all neither is very challenging to a brilliant man such as myself.” The blond swung around ready to plow the asshole, but he froze in shock when he saw the small earring held out in a lean, elegant hand. “You lost it on the upper balcony. Matashi asked that I return it to you.” “I...” Jou faked a laugh. “Ya gettin’ old timers’ or somethin’? That’s not mine; it’s a girl’s earring.” “Jounouchi I would never mistake the passion in your eyes; besides Croquet has dressed in drag for years. I recognize the...style. Your alter ego Joie is charming and lovely, a perfect foil for the Kaiba Seto CEO. But you...well let’s just say you keep him human. That’s just as important. And before you ask, no I haven’t told him, Matashi picked up on my recognition and explained your goals. You have my word that I won’t. But, that doesn’t mean I won’t have fun with teasing you...in any form.” His attention was diverted for a moment. “That was a good move. She definitely has the brains to play. If she practiced she could be very good.” “She held up under an attack that should have crushed a noob. I’d say she’s got talent. I didn’t think Kaiba would attack like that.” Jou frowned slightly as an idea crossed his mind. “Do you think anyone else recognized me?” “Hmmm... Perhaps he’s in a hurry. He knows you’re waiting.” A teasing note entered Pegasus’ voice. “He does have a lunch date too if I recall.” The older man’s voice sobered “I don’t know if anyone else has recognized you, but most people see what’s in front of them. Few actually look deeper. None of the women have because they would have outted you. Matashi said that he and Aishira support you as long as you don’t do anything to hurt Kaiba or the company. What I know Croquet knows and he would never say a word.” “Okay thanks.” Jou sighed, slightly relieved, and watched the duel silently for a moment. “So whatcha doin’ in here? Shouldn’t you be out on the judge’s podium?” “You are so right Jounouchi. I only stopped in to give you back your earring and to tell you how much I’m looking forward to seeing you duel him today. I always love to watch you both duel. It’s always so full of fire and ice...very steamy.” “Stay outta our steam ya perv.” “I’m on my way now. See you later Jounouchi. I’m looking forward to your duel.” With a wave of his hand the older man ducked out of the owner’s box. Jounouchi watched with a mix of admiration and lusty interest. There was something incredibly hot about Seto when he summoned monsters and attacked. He smiled when he recognized one of the cards Seto just revealed. He recognized it as the beginning of an attack that would end the duel. He checked his watch for the time, about eight minutes. Not bad for Nyoko-san. Honda’s voice brought his gaze around. “Jou! Where’ve you been buddy? We haven’t seen or heard from you in weeks except that message about an interview. What’s going on?” “Hey Honda! Otogi. How ya guys doin?” “We’re fine. It’s you we’re worried about.” Otogi stepped next to his lover. “What’s this interview you mentioned and why are you here with Kaiba?” “I’m interviewing for a job. No surprise there, you know I’m looking. And I’m here because this is where I wanna be.” Jou added the last defiantly. They weren’t his parents and he didn’t owe them an explanation. He didn’t notice the duel ended in a flash of light and a roar of the crowd. “Look, I don’t want ta hear your lectures okay? Kaiba and me are doin’ just fine.” “Damn it Jou!” Honda took two furious steps towards the stubborn blond. “Don’t you get it yet? There is no future for you and him. He’s never answered your letters or cards, he hung up on you, and damn it he doesn’t want you. Why can’t you see that? And why can’t you accept that we love you...want you with us?” “I’ve told ya no before. Yer like a brother and...” He smirked over at the black-haired man “’Togi’s like a sister so stop askin’.” “Why are you so stubborn? We could be happy together; the three of us are perfect.” “I...err...Seto...” Jou stuttered, red-faced, eyes growing huge. Honda was oblivious to the suddenly wide eyes gazing over his shoulder. He was going to make Jou see reason. “Jou, c’mon, you know Kaiba couldn’t care less about you. We...You’re our best friend. We love you more than anyone else on earth. We can make you happy. He doesn’t even know you’re alive.” He moved to pull the blond into his arms. A hard blow to the head made him see stars and hit his knees. When his vision cleared Jou was standing hip-to-hip with a narrow-eyed Kaiba Seto. Shakily he got to his feet. “Kaiba.” He hissed the name coldly. “What the fuck did you hit me for?” “You were saying things I found offensive. I assure you Jounouchi and I have a long future ahead of us.” He smiled dangerously and slid his arm around Jou’s waist. “He knows I want him and he knows nobody wants him more. Don’t bother to disagree. Get out, now.” When Honda would have argued Otogi grabbed him, clapped a hand over his mouth and dragged him out the door. Seto walked behind them and shut it, throwing the lock. With intent eyes he stared at Jou. “Hmmm... So you wrote me? Sent me cards?” Jou bit his lip hard, not concealing the pain Seto’s lack of response had caused. “Yeah. Holiday cards and congratulations type stuff. Nothing personal. But I know ya were too busy ta answer.” The golden eyes sought the floor. Warm arms pulled him close and soft lips gently tugged Jou’s lip free from between his teeth. “I never saw any of them. My secretary handles that kind of correspondence.” An apologetic tongue swiped along the abraded softness. “I’ll make sure she knows who to pass on in the future.” Drawn by the lure of salty-sweet skin he began to explore the contours of Jou’s face with his lips. “Ummm...hmmm...Hey Seto...” Jou was trying to capture the other boy’s lips with this own only to be frustrated by Seto’s seeming determination to kiss every inch of his face. “Hmmm...?” Intrigued by an odd sweet perfume he traced his lips down to the hollow of Jou’s throat to suck and lick. “Ah....ha...Seto...please kiss me. Stop teasing.” “I am kissing you.” He buried his lips in the soft skin to prove it. “No...not there...a real kiss...please...” “Mmm...can’t. When I kiss you again I’m going to be buried inside you. So deal with it.” Fire raced up and down Jou’s spine. “Yes...uhn ...yes.” His hands fumbled with Seto’s zipper eagerly. “We have less than fifteen minutes Jou...” Seto tried to keep that uppermost in his thoughts even as his own hands moved to release the button of Jou’s jeans and lower the zipper. Eagerly he slipped his hand inside to explore. The scratch of rough lace made him chuckle. “Panties again?” “I won’t last five...I kinda like themmmmmm....yes...please...do it...” Jou thought his knees would buckle when hot breath wafted over his sensitive skin and an eager tongue moved over the pink lace, flicking and lapping. Seto was on his knees, lips playing with the pink lace that barely held Jou’s engorged length. “I like them too.” Eager for more than just a small taste he rolled the pink lace down and captured the freed cock between his lips, licking and sucking, savoring the flavor as his hand moved behind and slipped down the groove to find Jou’s opening. He hummed his approval of finding Jou’s tight body already lubed. “You learn fast.” Jou smiled and arched into the invading fingers. “I couldn’t walk right for two days.” To punish and please Seto rubbed his fingers over Jou’s prostate. “You ready for more?” When Jou nodded Seto turned the blond to face the wall and freed his own painful arousal. With a soft moan he pressed forward as Jou pressed back. When they couldn’t get closer Seto wrapped his arms tight around Jou’s waist and buried his face into the curve of his neck. “God you are as tight as you were the first time. If I hadn’t taken you I’d never believe you weren’t a virgin.” “Hmmm....Seto...I may be tight, but I need...It don’t hurt...” Jou’s voice was frantic and Seto knew that he was hovering on the edge. With a soft grunt he began to pump in and out of the shaking, whimpering body of his lover. Jou was moaning, begging, on the verge of screaming his release and Seto was pounding deep, reaching for the same climax when his brother’s voice calling his name froze him mid stroke. Stunned, horrified he turned desperately to find the teen. When he saw Mokuba hadn’t walked in on them he sighed in relief. “Seto!” The voice came again. This time he tracked it to the tiny intercom on the wall next to Jou’s braced arms. Gritting his teeth he punched the small button. “Yes Mokuba.” “You are due on the platform in two minutes. Are you...ready?” “Of course I’m ready. I just...I was busy.” “Yeah, okay. Whatever. Just didn’t want you to be late.” “Thanks Mokuba.” He disconnected the intercom. With an apologetic caress to Jou’s back he slowly withdrew from the heated channel. Jou’s whimpers made him curse and his own painful erection made him ache furiously. “Jounouchi...I...I’m sorry. I have to...” He tucked his arousal back into his pants and closed his suit jacket over the obvious bulge. Jou was almost cross-eyed with need and pleasure. As soon as Seto removed his support he sank to his knees. “God...oh god! I know. You told me but I...I...just...go.” “Jou...” “I’m okay.” The blond forced himself to stand and adjust his clothing. “We won’t start nothing we can’t finish. We’ll wait fer lunch. Two hours oughtta make th’ hurt go away.” It was a struggle to sound normal, to appear normal, when pain was coiling through him. Blue balls hurt. The brunet stared at him for a second then nodded, careful not to touch him. “I’ll make it up to you then.” “Hell yeah you will.” Jou chuckled painfully. “But just so I ain’t th’ only one bothered...While yer up there on th’ deck, remember I’m down here strokin’ th’ home fires. I get hot just watchin’ ya. So when ya look at the two-way mirror windows, you know what yer not seein’.” “Fuck, how the hell am I supposed to duel knowing that?” “Gambatte!” “Pervert! Lock the door.” Seto strode into the arena and onto the deck amid cheers. *** Mokuba chuckled evilly. “Wonder if he will kill me if he realizes he still had seven minutes.” Yugi, distinctive hair combed flat and tinted with a temporary black dye, laughed and shook his head. “He might not, but Jou will if he figures it out.” “I expected them to have more self-control. What kind of example is that? Right there in the private box with only two-way mirrors to protect their privacy.” Yugi chuckled and leaned over to whisper, “I seem to remember a busy highway and tinted windows when you’d been away for three days.” “Yeah will I’m a teenager, I’m supposed to have wild hormones. He’s supposed to be in control.” “He was in perfect control.” The disguised man pointed out. “He would have made it in plenty of time.” Yugi shook his head and slid on his sunglasses. “Four down, six to go.” “That’s good. So they took the bait?” “Well they were interested anyway. Don’t know if they are going to bite.” Yugi dropped a quick kiss on Mokuba’s temple. “See you later. I have fish to catch.” ** Seto waved automatically to the cheers and glanced around for his opponent. According to the schedule it was Shika-san. She should be out any second if she didn’t turn tail and run. He automatically checked to make sure his deck was loaded and glanced at the timer. When he saw the timer counting down with over five minutes until the start of the next match he swung his gaze toward the control booth. Mokuba saw him look and waved back cheerfully. Seto realized immediately what his brother had done. With a low growl he glared daggers at his sibling. There were some things that brothers didn’t mess with and this was one of them. Mokuba would pay for interrupting him and Jou. Shelving the thought for later he busied himself with his deck, flipping through the cards and assessing his strategy. His opponent stepped onto the platform to a few cheers and polite applause. Her first move marked her as weak and inexperienced. With a confident smirk that was meant to send ice tinkling through her veins he prepared for total annihilation. A movement at the door of his private box caught his gaze. Jou had opened the door and was standing back, just out of sight of everyone but Seto. His shirt hung loose over his pants, but Seto could see that the waistband was loose. Jou’s hand was tucked under the shirt, obviously cradling his erection. Not taking his eyes away from his lover, Seto laid a random card. He didn’t hear the roars of surprise that filled the arena, nor did he notice the woman’s crestfallen look. Shika played another weak card. Her strategy was to fool Kaiba into thinking she was weak and didn’t know the game. Hopefully he would draw his most powerful monsters on the field to give the crowd a good show. That would be when Shika would prove she was a duelist. She had never competed, but her brother had been a ranked duelist and even fought Moutou Yugi and Kaiba Seto. He’d lost both times, but she had been able to defeat her brother so she had to have a chance. But she’d left herself open and he’d played a card almost randomly. It made no sense, so it had to be a clever new strategy. Eagerly she waited for his next move. Jou smiled wickedly, stroking his very hard cock lightly before removing his hand and bringing his fingers to his lips. With a hentai look he sucked his fingers into his mouth before moving his hand back down under his shirt. Seto licked his lips in response, almost dying to taste the honey Jou’d just lapped. Without removing his gaze from the blond siren he drew a card and placed another face down, still oblivious to the gasping crowd. The random card play and blond seduction continued for long moments, Seto seeming not to notice the game at all until Shika-san, fed up with the strange strategies, attacked, and destroyed the two monsters he’d summoned in attack position. The sound of his life point counter clicking downwards brought his gaze from the erotic dream to the field. Dismay, amusement, and self-castigation filled him. How could he lose sight of his goal for even one moment? Glaring, he frowned at his lover. The blond smiled mischievously, nodded, and shut the door. Addressing his opponent for the first time he said coldly. “Shika-san, being my Executive Liaison is about recognizing and seizing the opportunities that come your way. I gave you several, but now you’re time is at an end.” Drawing a card, he assessed his hand, the cards on the field, her cards on the field, then nodded. In a series of moves he reduced her life points to one hundred and wiped out all of her monsters in play. Then he forced her to skip a turn and attacked again, destroying all of her life points in a dazzling array of sparkling light and holographic images. With a simple bow he left the arena and stalked to the private box. He had fourteen minutes to punish his horny lover. And by the time that fourteen minutes were over Jou would be too satisfied to distract him during the next round. Jou was waiting by the door when Seto stalked in. The click of the lock seemed ominously loud in the quiet room. “I could have lost because of you.” Intense, focused blue-eyes glared with outrage. “I...I...I didn’t think you...ahhh...” Seto dropped to his knees and lifted the shirt out of the way. Lace panties were shoved aside and Jou’s cock, full and dripping with pre-come, fell towards him invitingly. Seto, after lapping the sticky-sweet cream, took it all the way down his throat, sucking and bobbing, working to give Jou a mind-blowing orgasm. Less than a minute later Jou bit his hand to muffle his cry of completion. As his heartbeat slowed, he groaned as Seto’s talented mouth continued to work his slightly diminished flesh. “Seto...ya couldn’t have missed that I came. What...” A low hum vibrating through his ultra-sensitive head was his answer. Unbelievably, he could feel a tug of arousal. His cock stopped shrinking and started to harden again. Another low hum from Seto told him that Seto had felt and knew... That’s when Jou realized taunting a dragon might have multiple-orgasmic consequences. Kami he loved dragons. ********** On the judge’s platform Pegasus marked his score for Shika-san. She’d done very well, played it exactly as he would have. Seto’s moves had seemed random and almost absent. But in the end he’d shown her that he was a true master. Even Pegasus had been surprised by the combination Seto had put together. If the talent of the first two candidates were any indication choosing the top five would be more difficult than imagined. ** Seto opened the door of his private box one minute before the start of his next match. He’d shed his suit coat and his shirt was hanging loose, covering him from mid-thigh up, front and back. With a smug smirk, he looked back at Jou. The blond was in an unconscious, loose-limbed sprawl, his pants undone, his shirt around his neck, and Seto’s jacket pillowing his head. He was fairly certain Jou wouldn’t return from his orgasm induced nap for several minutes. Seto intended to be there when he woke up. He hadn’t counted on Toshi-san being a competent duelist or the painful ache in his groin to draw the duel out for fourteen minutes. By the time it ended Seto was ready to kill the bitch who kept countering his moves. Finally he drew his blue eyed dragons, fused them to the Ultimate Dragon and blew her away. It was overkill but damnit he wanted to get back to Jounouchi. He bowed, mumbled his thanks, waved to the cheering crowd, and rushed to his private booth. Jou knelt holding his head with both hands and looking decidedly bemused. Seto found it adorable, hot, and irresistible. He locked the door and stalked to the mussed, dazed blond. “Don’t get up...you’re right where I want you.” His zipper rasped loudly and he peeled down his trousers and boxers. Seizing the blond head he pulled Jou towards him until his lips were touching his most sensitive and needy part. “Suck me Jou. I need you...” Golden eyes blinked for a moment then a wide grin split Jou’s face. “Oh yeah. I owe ya three don’t I...and man, I can’t wait.” With enthusiasm making up for lack of skill, the blond began to pay his debt. ** Pegasus marked down the score and pouted inwardly. This was going to be difficult. And Kaiba wasn’t making it any easier. He could have taken out the second one easily; instead he’d allowed the time to play out. Taking out his cell phone he sent a decidedly risqué text message to his lover. Croquet would probably give him a tongue lashing later but Pegasus lived to be tongue lashed by his lover. *** When Seto stepped onto the platform for his final duel before lunch, everyone gaped in shock. He was wearing the t-shirt Jou had worn going into the booth, his hair was mussed, and his gait was a slow, relaxed glide. Nobody outside of his immediate circle had ever seen him look so...so...human. There were loud whistles when Jou, wearing Seto’s shirt and jacket over his jeans, sauntered out of the private box and crossed to the private elevator. He flashed his trademark smile and waved to the crowd before he stepped onto the elevator and disappeared from view. Seto would have preferred not to appear in public like this but what choice did he have. His shirt had been dark with sweat, sticking to his body with an accumulation of body fluids and completely unsuitable for a public appearance. He’d given Jou the shirt and the key to his private office. Hopefully his lover was on the way down in the private elevator. If there were any questions he’d just say he’d felt overheated and Jou’d offered him the shirt off his back. Everyone would believe that...okay some would doubt it but nobody would question it. He felt too good to worry about it now. He had a duel to win and a waiting lover in his office. He would worry about it later. Jou still owed him one and he knew exactly how he was going to claim it. Aya-san smiled nervously and bowed to Kaiba-sama. She knew she’d be lucky to advance beyond this because she had never dueled. She knew the cards somewhat and she knew the game, but she didn’t know strategy or how they worked together. She also found she was not lucky. Her life points were reduced to zero in only five moves, less than two minutes. She bowed again and stepped down. Kaiba returned her bow, bowed to the arena, Pegasus, and then hurried to the private elevator. When he arrived at his office he was surprised to see Jou standing in obvious confrontation with his secretary. “Kaiba-sama! The woman greeted with relief. “This young man says you told him to come here. He’s even stolen your clothing.” When her boss continued to stare at her she continued, “I knew Croquet-san had the message wrong. I knew you didn’t mean me when you ordered that the floor be cleared so you could work in private.” “Croquet...” Seto could recognize the setup easily. His brother was trying to make up for interrupting them earlier so he’d ordered everyone away. He could almost forgive Mokuba for trying. “Croquet-san was quite correct. I wanted everyone off the floor, including you. Jounouchi-san and I are working on a top secret project and we want no possibility for interruption or spying. You may go. I will be turning on the security for this floor.” “But...but...Kaiba-sama, this person...your clothes...the obscene call. You mustn’t be alone with him.” “I don’t owe you an explanation. Either you leave voluntarily now and retain your position or leave now under guard and never return.” “Kaiba-sama...” She breathed in disbelief as tears filled her eyes. “You can’t mean that. I...we are a great team.” Without another word Seto tossed her out of the office. He hit a small intercom and barked, “There is an ex-employee sobbing outside my door. See to it that she never returns, and then see to it that the entire floor is cleared. I am involved in top secret maneuvers.” “Yes Kaiba-sama.” The guard answered with alacrity. Seto disconnected the intercom and explained quietly. “She is the one who hung up on you. She must have eavesdropped too. She also is the one who didn’t pass on your letters and cards.” Jou blinked then nodded. He could hear the sobbing woman being dragged away. “Then you let her off easy. If I’da known I’da punched her instead a just callin’ her a jealous old hag.” “Did you really?” Seto murmured softly. “Well she did have reason to doubt you. After all you come in here wearing my clothes and smelling of sex. Very, very, disreputable.” “Yeah, I know. But I kinda like it.” Jou smiled sassily. “Oh me too.” The jacket and the shirt hit the floor. “But I think we can muss you even more. Make you more...disreputable.” “Hmmm...yeah...sounds fun.” He wriggled out of his pants and the lace panties. “Are you finally gonna kiss me?” “On every inch of your body...” Seto promised deeply. An hour later Jou was luxuriating in the unlimited hot water again. Without thinking he mumbled into the shoulder he was leaning against. “Geez, ya got all th’ hot water in th’ world. No wonder the rest of us run out.” Seto blinked at the coincidence of two people mentioning his hot water in the same week. “I hate cold showers.” “Yeah me too.” Jou nuzzled closer and dropped a kiss on Seto’s shoulder. “I’m gettin’ out. I’m fallin’ asleep in here.” “Hmmm, Lazy. All right. But don’t get dressed. I have plans that don’t include clothes.” Jou laughed weakly. “Man I’m so sore I don’t think I can take you again even if you did get it up.” Seto smiled and nudged him out of the shower. “Did I say that? I don’t want you to become so swollen down there that you can’t take me for a while.” “That can happen? I thought it would just...not close.” “Yes. It’s where you get so swollen that penetration isn’t possible. I’d never overuse your body like that.” He smiled. “Go relax. You’ll find something in the next room that will help your soreness.” “Thanks Seto.” Jou nodded and left. When Seto left the shower a few minutes later he found Jou sprawled across his leather sofa dozing. For a moment he admired the curve of his lashes, marveling at the childlike innocence. Then his gaze slipped lower, to the kiss-swollen lips, love bites and hickeys that peppered the long, golden body and he shook his head. Not innocent at all, but sweet for all that. Silently he crossed the room and trailed kisses across the lashes. “Hmmm... Sleepy.” “You can sleep the afternoon away. I only have about forty-five minutes.” Gently he traced a path downward settling his lips on the neatly trimmed patch of dark blond pubic hair, his chin rubbing Jou’s soft penis. Jou cracked a bleary eye. “That cream feels great, but I still can’t do it again. Forget it...oh.” Strong talented lips toyed with the velvet soft head, coaxing it to stir slightly. “Oh that’s nice. It ain’t gonna get ya laid, but that feels good.” “Hmmm...” Seto continued to toy with his treat, smiling, as each protest got softer and softer as Jou’s cock got harder and harder. When Jou’d reached full erection he lifted his lips. Jou was looking at him with a half-smile that reminded Seto of a question mark. “Okay, ya got it up, now what ya gonna do with it.” Blue eyes met gold as Seto slid over the top of Jou, positioned his opening over Jou’s tip, and slowly sank down, forcing his unlubricated, unstretched body, to take Jou’s deep within. “Uhhhnnng....Seto what are ya doin’?” “I want to feel you inside me for two days. I want to sit down, feel the ache, and know you gave it to me. Pain, pleasure, anything you give me I want to feel.” Jou’s eyes glittered with tears and his voice was wobbly as he rasped. “Yeah, well yer gonna feel it. You should have told me. It’s gotta hurt bad.” “No. It hurts good.” With a slow undulation of his long, lean body, Seto began to rock gently; his tightness stroking Jou’s oversensitive flesh almost painfully and Jou knew exactly what he meant. He’d never known pain could feel so wonderful. Carefully, tenderly, he reached down and began to stroke Seto’s cock slowly, keeping perfect time to the rhythm his lover set. As they loved, Jou believed that he could almost feel what Seto was feeling and hear what he was thinking. As their bodies grew more urgent, he could feel their heartbeats pounding in perfect unison. It was the most profound experience he’d ever had. Tears flowed from his eyes. He was unbearably moved when Seto’s tears began to fall too. For the first time he bared his heart and soul. “I love you.” It was barely more than a whisper but he knew Seto had heard him. He could feel the happiness surging through Seto lifting them both higher, closer. As their bodies reached their peak, Seto leaned forward and caught his lips in a kiss that was as tender as a sigh and whispered, “I love you too.” The world exploded in a shower of golden sparks mixed with bright red shards of pain and then faded to black. When Jou woke Seto was dressed in Jou’s shirt, a simple pair of loose jeans and expensive cross trainers. “I have to be in the arena in ten minutes. There are some sandwiches in the fridge. Get dressed and let’s eat.” Jou made a quick trip to the bathroom then slid on his panties, jeans, socks, and shoes. “Ya know I do need a shirt.” It wasn’t a real complaint, more of a statement of ‘yer wearing my shirt and yeah I love ya for it.’ “Hmmm...” Seto rifled in his drawer and pulled out a Kaibaland promo t-shirt. “Here.” He smirked. “It marks you as belonging to Kaibaland.” “Hmm...yeah. I kinda like that too. Sandwiches?” “I’ll get them. You want Dr. Pepper?” “Yeah.” While Jou waited he poked around the desk curiously. On the very top was a newspaper. The headline caught his eye. Curious he opened it and saw the picture of Joie held by Seto. Amused he settled down to read the speculation gone rampant. Seto carried six sandwiches and four sodas. He remembered that Jou loved to eat. To his amusement Jou was curled up in his chair reading the newspaper. Then it hit him. The newspaper. “Jou...what are you reading.” His lover’s voice gave nothing away as, still hidden by the paper, he said “Oh that you like blondes. That you and Kawai Joie were making out in the garden last night.” “We were not making out. She tripped and I caught her. That’s all, end of story.” “Okay, I believe you.” Jou set the newspaper down and reached for a sandwich and a drink. “That’s it? You believe me?” It seemed too easy that way. Shouldn’t Jou be at least a little concerned? “Well yeah. I mean we have to trust each other don’t we? We’re human animals so we’re gonna be attracted to other people. It’s part of bein’ an animal. But its th’ human part that’s important. We choose ta be together and not act on that attraction. As long as we’re honest we got nothin’ ta worry about. I told ya, I was missin’ ya so bad that every tall brunet I saw reminded me of you. She’s a blond and built kinda like me. She even looks like me a little so it’d be weird if ya didn’t at least feel somethin’ if only ‘cause of the resemblance.” Seto stared hard at Jou, slowly shaking his head. “You may feel random attraction, but I do not. It is unacceptable to me. I don’t feel like sleeping with every blonde I see simply because they remind me of you.” “Seto, I didn’t say I wanted ta sleep with them, I said they reminded me of you. You are th’ one I want ta be with.” “I don’t think we’re going to agree on this. Just remember I’m the only human, blond, brunet, or purple, for you. And I promise you I’ll remember the same thing, not that I ever forgot. I don’t consider myself an animal.” Seto scooped up his soda and the remains of his sandwich. “I have to go topside now. Come up when you’ve finished eating. I’d like you to see for yourself that she’s nothing like you.” Without another word he got on the elevator and pushed the button. The door closed just as what he’d said sank in to Jou. Jou stared after his lover for a full minute then stood slowly. ‘Oh hell no, he did not just imply that I was more of an animal than him? No fucking way. I wasn’t th’ one gropin’ people in th’ garden.’ He stalked to the elevator. It opened with a ping and Gian stepped out holding a case. “Last chance Jou...is Joie going to go for it or not.” A brilliant idea crystallized in his mind. “Oh hell yeah. Yeah we’re gonna do it. And that asshole’s gonna apologize.” Gian chuckled and began to lay out what they needed to transform Jou into Joie. “Strip. Talk while we get you ready. We have just about half an hour.” While they applied the lotion and powder Jou explained what had pissed him off. “And that asshole is the one who groped me.” The blond slid on the prosthetic bra and adjusted. “Hardly a grope. And he’s probably so damn happy right now that he doesn’t remember anything about it. You just need to remind him. What is your plan?” Sitting down he tucked and taped, wincing as his sore parts protested the treatment. “Well first I’m gonna kick his ass in the duel. That’ll wake him up. Then I’m gonna kick his ass in chess. There’s supposed ta be another test but I ain’t worried about it. I’m gonna fuckin’ win...and I’m gonna flirt with him while I do it.” He rolled on panty hose and carefully adjusted them. “Be careful Joie. He could disqualify you for flirting.” Gian held up a buttery-cream, brushed leather skirt. Joie wriggled into it, sucking in slightly to close the zipper. A slightly sheer, cream silk blouse with pearl buttons and princess sleeves followed. “I ain’t dumb. But I know what he likes, what turns him on. I can use that ta my advantage.” While he slid on his shoes, Gian added the faux bun to her hair. A few spritzes of spray and it was perfect. “Okay makeup. Your color is high and you will be in the sun. Clear foundation only with highlight powder. Eyes defined and lips only lightly glossed. It will pass and you won’t sweat it off.” Gian assessed Joie carefully. “Perfect. But...Joie, take this.” She handed the blond a small square package he vaguely recognized as a feminine hygiene item. “Wha...” “Joie...you and he...well I assume he was on top and you probably...well more than once. You might need protection down there once the swelling goes down. You might bleed or...or leak. Just arrange it to...well...just arrange it while I pick up in here.” Gian checked her watch. “Matsu-san’s match started fifteen minutes ago. You have fifteen minutes until your duel. Do you have your deck?” “Yeah, always.” Jou smiled and rummaged in his jeans pocket. Smiling he pulled out his deck. The only people to ever beat it were Yugi and Kaiba. And Kaiba had only beat him last time because of his new strategy. He dropped it in the matching handbag Gian handed him and went to the bathroom to arrange the ‘protection.’ Gian was standing by the door holding the bag. “I’ll go put this in the car and then go to the stands. Call me when you are ready to leave.” She arrived just in time to see Matsu-san leave the deck. Despite her defeat of just a moment before she smiled and nodded happily. “Glad you are feeling better Kawai-san. We were all worried.” “Yes, thank you I am feeling much better. Anxious for my duel.” The older woman frowned slightly. “Are you sure? You seem quite flushed.” “Yes, I’m sure. Where are the others?” She glanced around, seeing only the girls who were to duel in the afternoon. “They went for a walk. They didn’t want to see the carnage.” Matsu-san explained. The four who’d walked that morning shared a glance. “We felt the same way. We found our walks quite...enriching.” “Oh.” Joie didn’t quite know what to say to that. They were acting as if they shared a secret. Oh well, she’d figure it out later. She wanted to load her cards into the hologram deck so they could get started with the duel. Matsu-san stopped him briefly. “Kawai-san, I have a gift for you.” She held out a card. Curious, Joie took it. “When Kaiba-sama battled Jounouchi-san he used a few new techniques. I analyzed the game record. That card, although I didn’t get the opportunity to play it, would negate those techniques. Please accept it.” As Joie read the effects she could feel her smile spreading across her face. Kaiba would have serious problems if this card got on the field. Especially with the modifications she’d made to her deck since the night they’d become lovers. “I will. Thank you.” “You’re welcome. Good luck Kawai-san.” “Thank you.” Joie was amused to see Seto had gone first to the private box then come out again looking completely stone faced. Had he thought Jou had slipped in unnoticed? When the tall brunet glanced at his watch then at the elevator, Joie had to suppress a chuckle. Seto glared at the elevator willing it to open and his blond ‘animal’ to emerge. He’d told Jou to be up here to see for himself that Kawai Joie was not in the least attractive to him. So where was he? Had he dozed? Was he that worn out? Remembering the demands they’d placed on their bodies he ruefully decided Jou had simply taken his word and gone to sleep. Fine, he’d crush the blonde candidate and then go wake him. The roar of the crowd brought his gaze from the elevator. Kawai Joie had stepped onto the deck. The camera panned over her face, displaying her on the big screen exactly as it had all the other contestants. Blonde hair gleamed under the sun, pink checks and smooth glowing skin, bright golden eyes shining with emotion, and a mouth that was red and faintly swollen, gave a picture of a woman who’d been thoroughly loved or was feverish. Most people didn’t know she’d been ill so they assumed she had met with her lover over lunch. To dispel any rumors and broadcast the truth he stepped onto the deck and flipped on both microphones. “Kawai-san, are you feeling better? Your aunt told us you were ill today.” The pink-cheeks darkened and golden eyes glittered with suppressed emotion. “Thank you for asking Kaiba-sama. I feel much better. I rested most of the morning and was given an injection and then drank a protein shake for lunch. I recommend it highly.” Her soft, cultured voice rolled over the crowed smoothly. Her lashes fluttered down to hide a gleam that could be humor dancing in her eyes. “We are honored that you could join us.” He forced a small smile and glanced down at the timer. A quick glance up at the judges podium and he nodded. “Let’s duel.” Spectators watched eagerly. Most had come to see this battle. Kaiba Seto was dueling against his rumored girlfriend, the one the papers were calling his lover. Most thought he’d go easy on her, some thought he’d crush her to prove she wasn’t, and some simply didn’t know but wanted to find out. What nobody expected was for him to attempt to ruthlessly crush her from the first card, and Kawai Joie not only blocked the attempt but fought back with attacks and combos that inflicted damage on the reigning champion. For every move there was a counter-move. For every attack an artful dodge or return attacks. It was obvious they were fairly, if not evenly, matched halfway through the twenty minutes. At the fifteen minute mark Joie was down by two hundred life points. At the nineteen minute mark she had regained five hundred and taken another hundred from Seto. “Kaiba-sama the protein shake was wonderful and the injection cured my aches. If I didn’t have to worry about overdosing I’d recommend them daily.” Joie remarked as she watched him draw. The suggestion that was there only if you were looking for it made the brunet stiffen and his mask falter. She saw the flicker or rage and relief in his eyes and knew he’d drawn the final card in his combination. She didn’t even glance at the card she’d placed face down three hands ago. Seto threw the card and began his combo. Joie survived by blocking and sacrificing her monsters on the field but it left her life points wide open – or so it seemed. With thirty seconds left she played her trump card. She saw shock flare his blue eyes wide before they narrowed challengingly. He recognized defeat and was daring her. Smiling she wiped out all of his defenses leaving him as open as she was, then sacrificed the card to summon and use one monster from her hand. She drew her red-eyes black dragon and hesitated for just a second, then just as the timer sounded ending the match dropped her card. For an instant Jounouchi Katsuya’s signature monster flickered to life, letting everyone know Seto would have lost, before the hologram faded. She gave him a half-smile that made him stare in shock, bowed, waved to the cheering crowd, and murmured softly into the microphone. “I am sorry if my performance was poor Kaiba-sama. Perhaps I was more ill than I thought or perhaps I need another injection.” With another smile she stepped from the dueling deck and into the box where the candidates waited. Matsu-san was clapping and cheering. “Kawai-san! That was fantastic. You defeated him. He is the world champion and you beat him.” “Technically it’s a draw. And I couldn’t have done it without you.” Impulsively she hugged the older woman. “Thank you so much.” “I may have given you the card, but you played it perfectly. You are as good a duelist as Kaiba-sama or Jounouchi-san. Fantastic.” “Thank you.” She grinned and turned to look out at the arena. “I’m going for a walk. I need to work off some energy.” “You just want to bask in your glory.” Matsu-san smiled. “May I join you?” “That would be wonderful.” Still on a victory high, she laughed and they exited the arena. **********
