Damn his yami! He hoped that the bastard was sent to whatever hell the egyptians believed in. Ryou had thought everything was done with that whole business only to find out how wrong he really was. Apparently in one of the times he had not control of his body, his yami had made a bet with none other than Maximillion Pegasus.

The Bet?

If he lost in a duel against the older male, then after one year had passed he could have the sweet body of his hikari.

What's worse than that?

The fact that his asshole of a yami lost on purpose. He knew that the yami could have more than easily defeated Pegasus in a duel. He knew it! His yami was no stranger to shadow games nor had been a complete stranger to Pegasus' deck. He knew there were cards Pegasus just didn't use for fear of their absolute power. So the fact that he was now stuck honoring this twisted arrangement was all his blasted yami's fault. Ryou felt even the shadow realm had been too good for him when he was banished by the Pharoah before the Pharoah left for the afterlife.

Ryou had tried to get out of the arrangement saying that he was only seventeen and his father would never allow him to go off with an older male for sexual relations, especially one old enough to be his grandfather. Pegasus knew about the spirit of the ring before the bet was even made and so it was unfair for him to expect Ryou to have to pay up to something he didn't even agree to.

Of course, Pegasus had talked to his father omitting the sex part and explained that Ryou had challenged him to a game of duel monsters and lost thus agreeing to become an employee at his estate for a year. His father upset that Ryou would give up such an opportunity to save up more money for college and was trying to go back on an agreement told Ryou he had to do it. Ryou had protested, but his father had gotten the final word saying that he honored his agreements or be disowned.

Ryou hadn't wanted to lose the only family he truly ever had and so he nodded to his father and that is why he was here, a month later, at Pegasus' home. Currently, on the menu for today, Ryou was sitting on Pegasus' overly large bed in a french maid outfit with a pair of lacy white panties underneath. Bakura was gone and yet he felt he could hear his former yami's laughter at his humiliation.

He was waiting for Pegasus to come in the room from his corporate meeting as he was instructed to do. Ryou closed his eyes for a few moments. It hadn't been as bad as he feared he had to admit. He had lost his virginity to the older male and surprisingly Pegasus had been rather gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. It had confused him at first, but slowly he had come to enjoy his first sexual experience.

A small smile appeared on his face as he remembered how Pegasus had kissed him gently on the lips causing him to freeze up for several moments before he melted into it. The kiss hadn't been forceful at all just sort of sweet. He remembered the touches and reassurances that went along with it. All in all, it had been a wonderful experience even with the slight discomfort of taking Pegasus into his body. It had actually been him that initiated it the next night wanting the feeling of sweet euphoria again.

However, none of that was why he damned his yami. No, he hated Bakura for putting him and his body through so much just to get, what Ryou thought, was misguided but well placed revenge. He had nothing against Yuugi or the pharoah, but if he had to see all his people die like that he would have wanted revenge as well. He wished Bakura would have gotten all his facts straight, but he could not say he wouldn't have done the same if it meant destroying those accursed items. The other thing he hated his yami for... was the fact that even though his yami was an ass to him, his yami still did something to make sure he was loved and protected at least for a year unless he, Ryou, decided to stay.

How could someone so cruel and heartless look out for a hikari he constantly claimed to hate and care nothing about? Why did Ryou know it was set up like that? It was from the first conversation he had with Pegasus after they had made love. He opened his eyes when he heard the door open and smiled at his lover.

"Welcome back, sir. It seems I have gotten lost while cleaning. Care to help me find my way?", Ryou said flirtatiously as he lover came and kissed him.

-the conversation-

"Why did you duel my yami over me? Tell me what really happened, because I know he wasn't that bad of a duelist.", Ryou asked relaxing against the older male now that he knew he wasn't going to get hurt.

"Actually, it was quite odd. He gave me the millineum eye back right before the match. It was just a normal duel with a touch of shadow powers milling about. He didn't bother to block his thoughts from me and even then he could have beaten me. He had the cards in his hand that he needed to do it. I won... because he wouldn't play them. Once over I asked him why. He actually just smiled and took the eye back before saying. 'Ryou hasn't had an easy life. Please make sure that you take care of him. Its for a year this bet, but if you fall for him and vice versa... please let him stay.' I was shocked, but I agreed and he sent me bits of updates on you and I couldn't help but fall for you.", Pegasus had told him.

That night Ryou had gone to sleep thinking maybe his yami wasn't that bad after all.
